Grand OpeningUNDER/GROUND

Be the first to see the exhibition, talk story with the artists and curators, join a guided tour, and close out the night with live music and breaking on the Gallery Lawns.

Join us for the grand opening of UNDER/GROUND, an exhibition featuring all-new murals, original artworks, sculptures, and immersive installations.

By recreating and recontextualizing street environments within Bishop Museum, the exhibition bridges street culture and institutional space. It recognizes the legitimacy, innovation, and lasting influence of hip hop and street art, and celebrates these movements as vital forms of human expression that reshaped global culture and continue to inspire new generations to create, speak, and be seen.
